Gluten Free Foods was started to provide good quality gluten free food to the residents of Northern Utah that are gluten intolerant, have celiac disease or are autistic.  My husband Scott was diagnosed with Celiac in 2003.  Our daughter was diagnosed in 2006.  When someone is first diagnosed it is very hard to understand what you can and cannot eat.  The diet can be very overwhelming.  You might spend hours reading labels and still be confused.  While you are starting to see more and more gluten free products available in regular grocery stores, they still do not have the large selection of products that people need or want.  Gluten Free Foods has all of the gluten free products that someone would need in one location.  There is no need to spend hours shopping reading labels.  We offer fresh baked products from local companies, items like  bread, cookies, cupcakes, english muffins, and brownies.  Mixes for people who want to make their own cakes, cookies, brownies, pancakes, bread, pizza crusts, etc.  Frozen items for breakfast, lunch and dinner including donuts, waffles, burritos, enchiladas, lasagna, pizzas and even take and bake pies!   We also carry a full line of flours for those that like to make their own flour blends or premade flour blends so you can easily convert your old family favorite recipes to be gluten free.  Anything from a simple snack to a full dinner can be found in our store.  Many of the items we carry are also: Casein Free, Corn Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Nut Free, Organic, Potato Free, Soy Free, and Vegan.  So if you have multiple food allergies this is the store for you.  I hope you will stop in soon and give us a try!   Jenny
